Dress Code - Germania’s dress code is business casual Monday-Friday.
Working Hours - We normally observe a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday.
Smoke/Tobacco Free Environment – Our building is smoke and tobacco free. Employees may smoke or use other tobacco products outside the building.

- Job Postings - Germania posts job openings allowing employees who have prepared themselves for additional responsibilities to apply for available positions and advance their careers.
- Designations – Germania encourages its employees to work toward designations related to their position and rewards them when a designation has been obtained.
Special Events – Germania has special events throughout the year. They include a chili cookoff, company picnic, annual convention and a holiday party.
Service Awards – Germania provides a service award to employees who have completed five years of service and each five years thereafter. We recognize the employees with a luncheon in their honor along with an award.
Online Company Store - Germania's online store offers employees the opportunity to purchase Germania logo merchandise at a co-op price.
