PENSION BENEFITS
Defined Contribution Plan with Employer Match (401K Plan) - Germania matches employee contributions dollar for dollar up to a maximum of 4%. Employees are immediately eligible to roll monies from the qualified plan of a former employer.
Additional Discretionary Contribution – Employees will receive an additional discretionary contribution. The discretionary contribution percentage made by Germania is determined annually.
