EMPLOYEE WELFARE
Medical and Dental Insurance – Germania provides medical, dental and prescription drug coverage for all full-time employees at a minimal cost. Coverage for eligible dependents is also available.
Life Insurance – Employees are provided with two life insurance policies. The first provides $10,000 of coverage. The second policy provides coverage equal to 2X the employee’s salary.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance – Germania provides full-time employees with accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
Short and Long-Term Disability – Germania provides full-time employees with a percentage of their income during periods of extended illness or injury that prevents them from working.
Employee Voluntary Wellness Benefits
Annually, Germania provides an on-site health fair. Additionally, the company provides flu shots for employees.
