Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and margarine in medium bowl and melt in microwave.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and pecans.
Add flour and stir thoroughly. Drop well-rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.
Remove from sheet immediately to wax paper, when cooled store in Ziploc bag to keep moist.
Cookies will be gooey when they come out of the oven - don’t over bake.) .
