Potato Chip Cookies
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup walnuts

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend shortening, brown sugar, white sugar and eggs until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork (dipped in hot water). Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
