Cheesy Beef Corn Chip Skillet

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3/4 c. water
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 2 cups of frito’s or corn chips
• 4 oz. velveeta cheese
• 2 cups of shredded lettuce
• 1/4 c. of black olives (optional)

Directions:

Brown your ground beef with the onion in a large skillet. Drain. Add water and taco seasoning to ground meat and onions and cook for 10 minutes. Add cheese and corn chips to the top of the ground meat mixture and cook on low for about 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and black olives (optional).
