Cabbage Patch Stew

  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 No. 10 cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 No. 10 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • salt to taste

Procedure:

Chop cabbage into bite-size pieces and put into crock pot. Add the onions, celery, tomatoes and beans. Brown meat and drain grease. Add meat to crock pot. Add salt to taste. Cook slowly until cabbage and celery are tender.
