Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese

Procedure:

Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Lay the crescent rolls flat in pan. Brown the sausage, drain and put on top of rolls. Beat eggs with milk and pour over sausage. Top with cheeses. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degree for 30 minutes the next morning.
