Fruit Pizza
  • 1 Pillsbury Frozen Sugar cookie dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces cool whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • bananas, strawberries, peaches, kiwi, cherries, or any fruit

Procedure:

Roll 1 Pillsbury Frozen Sugar cookie dough onto pan. Bake until lightly brown. Let cool.

Combine 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 4 ounces cool whip. Spread over cooled dough. Layer or arrange bananas, strawberries, peaches, kiwi, cherries, or any fruit.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoon lemon juice and 1/2 cup orange juice and cook until mixture becomes thick. After mixture cools, pour over fruit and it’s ready to serve.
