Taco Surprise



Taco Surprise

  • 1 lb hamburger or ground turkey
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans, with juice
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 medium-size bag tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Procedure:

Brown meat and drain. Add taco mix and follow package directions. Add Ranch Style beans and corn, let cook through. In a casserole dish, put ½ of meat mixture and cover with ½ of tortilla chips. Add remaining meat mixture and top with remaining tortilla chips. Cover with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
