Quick Mexican Casserole

  • 2 pounds ground meat
  • ¾ cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 large bag of nacho cheese Doritos, crushed

Procedure:

Brown meat, add garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper and onion. Drain. Add to meat mixture, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel tomatoes, and beans. Heat thoroughly. Layer in 9x13 pan, crushed Doritos, meat mixture, cheese, another layer Doritos, meat mixture and cheese. Cover with foil and place in over to bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Can also be placed in microwave for 15 minutes on high.
