DESCRIPTION
A level death benefit, level premium, cash value whole life policy.
POLICY SIZE-BANDING
Minimum policy size is $15,000 with two premium bands:
Band 1 - $15,000 - $99,999
Band 2 - $100,000 and above
ISSUE AGES
Ages 0 to 85, as of last birthday.
PREMIUMS
Premiums are designed to be level and payable for the life of the
insured. Current rates for basic coverage are guaranteed for one policy
year. Therefore, the company intends to charge the current rate but
may lower or raise rates to the guaranteed maximum.
POLICY FEE
$35.00 included annually in the gross premium.
PREMIUM CLASS
Non-smoker and smoker. Substandard premiums are offered by the Home
Office when appropriate for the risk.
PREMIUM MODE FACTORS
Premiums can be paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly, monthly coupon, or monthly bank draft.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE
Waiver of Premium, Accidental Death, Decreasing Term Rider (Self &
Spouse), 10 Year Term Rider (Self & Spouse), Children's Term Rider
and Guaranteed Insurability.
