This is a whole life policy with two options. The policy will either
become paid up in 10 years from date of issue or in 20 years from date
of issue provided all premiums are paid when due.
ISSUE AGES
Ages 0 to 75, as of last birthday
POLICY SIZE
The minimum policy size for both is $10,000.
PREMIUM
Premiums are guaranteed and there is not a policy fee.
PREMIUM CLASSES
This policy offers both smoker and non-smoker premium rates.
PREMIUM MODES
Premiums can be paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly, monthly coupon,
or monthly bank draft.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE
Waiver of Premium for Disability, Accidental Death, Children's Term
Rider and Guaranteed Insurability.
