 Gary Weiss, CPCU — Second Vice President
Weiss came to Germania in 1982 following a professional career with the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1978 through 1981. His skills and knowledge encompass a wide array of positions held throughout his first 18 years at Germania which include: property claims adjuster, senior underwriter, regional director in Underwriting and director of Pricing and Business Analysis. He has served as assistant vice president of Pricing and Business Analysis for the past nine years.
Weiss graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. His new duties include overseeing both the Underwriting and Marketing departments, respectively.
